The GroundWork Collaborative, LLC offers digital courses. This policy explains when you can get a refund.

Refund window

You can request a refund within 10 days of your purchase. You must also have completed less than 10% of the course.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy. Include your name and the name of the course.

What you receive

We refund the purchase price in US dollars to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 5 business days.

No refunds after the window

We cannot refund a purchase after 10 days. We also cannot refund it once you have completed 10% or more of the course.
