This course is designed for anyone who job hunting.  We have specifically customized it to early career job seekers, however it has helpful information for anyone looking for a new job.  We have included specific content to address challenges of neurodivergent young adults.  We talk about strategies for people with ADHD, autism, or specific learning disabilities.  Our course is also highly applicable for people with anxiety or depression or any young adult with minimal experience in a corporate setting.  

This course covers topics including completing a job search that matches your unique strengths, interview skills, money management, onboarding, communication, work culture, management, and using executive function, regulation, and social skills in the workplace.

This virtual course includes 9 modules taught by a Human Resources executive and Occupational Therapist.  Additional interactive tools and printable resources compliment your learning.  Optional captions are used in all videos.  An online community gives you the opportunity to share your experiences and learn from your peers. 

This course is designed to bring the learner from the beginning of their job search through their first year of work and beyond. Each learner can work at their own pace, though most video modules could be completed within an hour each with additional time needed to practice skills and complete the interactive learning tools.
